RESERVATION & GUEST POLICIES

Reservations
Reservations are confirmed only when a completed reservation request form and an advance deposit of 1/2 the advertised amount (excluding taxes) has been received. Please reserve as far in advance as possible to ensure room availability. We do not provide sheets or towels during the sunseeker season.

Cancellations & Refunds
Summer (Sunseeker Season) rental cancellations made before February 16th will receive a full refund with a $25 deduction. Cancellations made before March 31 will receive 1/2 refund of their deposit. After April 1st, you are responsible for the unit unless we can rebook it.

Check-In / Check-Out
All arrivals and departures are handled at the Lodge office. Check-in is any time after 3:30 p.m. on Saturday and check-out is before 9:30 a.m. on the following Saturday.
BALANCE DUE UPON ARRIVAL.

No Smoking Allowed in Lodge or Cottages
No Fireworks or Bonfires Allowed on premise.
